Student LifeLine is a free service for students, aiming to help you find the balance between school, work and life. The service is completely confidential, staffed by highly-qualified professionals and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Log in online to access helpful articles, blogs, interactive tools and assessments or call in to speak to support staff who can refer you to campus and community resources as well as other trained professionals for assistance and advice.

Keep ahead of the curve with tips to help with homework, study habits, campus life, time management and more.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS & COUNSELLING

Maintain your emotional health with guidance in stress management, depression, grief, sexuality and gender identity.

Student LifeLine offers up to three sessions of counselling to help when you’re feeling overwhelmed. If you require more than three sessions you will be referred to Laurier Counselling Services or to an accredited community professional for ongoing support, at your choice.

HEALTHY LIVING

Stay healthy with tips on exercise, fitness, diet and nutrition. Learn to thrive while living with an illness, disability or addiction or finally beat that smoking habit with the online Stop Smoking Centre.

LEGAL & FINANCIAL MATTERS

Take advantage of free consultations with certified financial planners to learn how to budget and manage debt. Speak with legal advisors about renting and your rights as a tenant.

WORK & CAREER PLANNING

Interactive career assessments and communication skill building to help make the transition from university to the workforce.
