WLUGSA Staff
Our staff are the "front lines" of the GSA; they oversee the daily workings of the Association, including administration, service delivery, and business operations. The GSA currently employs three staff members: the General Manager, the Office & Services Administrator, and the Communications & Programming Assistant.
OFFICE & SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR - Julie Ella Dubeau

Duties: Julie Ella is the main point of contact between the GSA and graduate students, staffing the office and delivering GSA services, including the health and dental plans. Julie Ella also handles the day-to-day finances, represents the GSA on some university committees, and provides overall support for the GSA and its executives and directors. Duties: Ellen is on maternity leave as of June 12, 2010. She will still be overseeing the finances of the GSA, long-term planning, and legal issues throughout the year.
COMMUNICATIONS & PROGRAMMING ASSISTANT. - Laura McDonald

Duties: Laura assists with the planning, marketing, and execution of events, programming, and other GSA initiatives, as well as managing the website and other communications channels and assisting with service delivery.
