Student Clubs

The WLUGSA provides funding, organizational, and marketing support to and graduate student-focused clubs and registered departmental graduate student associations (DGAs). We also provide the necessary recognition and insurance that student groups are required to have in order to hold and advertise events on campus.

Don't see what you're looking for? Check out the Resources>Laurier Services section to see if it exists elsewhere on campus, or start your own Club! Graduate student-specific versions of existing clubs are welcome.

The Policies & Procedures section gives an overview of some aspects of GSA Student Clubs, including starting a club, applying for funding, and letting us know about your events.

News about and from Student Clubs is posted in the News & Events section, and on the home page.

All Club documents and policies are located in the Documents section of this website.

The Club Resources section offers information on booking space on campus for events, ordering food, marketing your event, where to get audio/visual equipment, a number of University policies that are relevant to Clubs, and more information to help with organizing and making the most of your Club.

Inquiries can be directed to the VP: Student Life.
