Grad Student? Stressed? Join us for our peer support group! Meets weekly. Let’s connect, share, and support one another through our struggles with significant stress, due to academic studies, impacting mental wellness. Mondays 12-1pm in the Wellness Education Centre (Beside Veritas) in Waterloo and Thursdays, 12-1 in Room 210 at the Faculty of Social Work in Kitchener. Light refreshments provided. In partnership with CMHA Self-Help.
